Health talks are the best platform to disseminate information about health-related tips as recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO). It can also be seen as a catalyst for healthy lifestyle practices in society. Healthy lifestyle is often neglected by the community, especially in daily dietary aspects.

For that reason, the Institute of Quality Management (IPQ) through the Welfare and Recreation Club held a special health talk to IPQ staff entitled "Healthy Diet" which was delivered by Dr. Rabi'ah Abdul Ghani, a Medical Officer of the University Health Center (PKU UUM) on July 23, 2019. The knowledge sharing of a balanced diet, the amount of calories, types of fat, carbohydrates and trans-fat, can help IPQ staff in maintaining a nutrition balanced diet.

At the end of the talk, she recommended all staff to adopt a healthy lifestyle by maintaining a healthy diet and exercise at least three (3) times a week. Also present at the talk was Prof. Dr. Sany Sanuri Mohd Mokhtar, Director of IPQ and Madam. Faizah Hashim, IPQ's Welfare and Recreation Club Advisor.
